With a surface area of ​​1,100 square meters, the store is located in the town of Albolote (Granada) and will adopt a hybrid business model, combining self-service with technical advice.

Erfri will open a new store in Granada next Monday . The center will be located in the Juncaril Industrial Park in the municipality of Albolote and will offer its products and services to installers throughout the province.

The new facilities cover an area of ​​1,100 square meters spread over two floors , including a shop, warehouse, offices and training room , as well as a small parking area for customers.

The opening hours of this new branch will be from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., as confirmed to this outlet by company sources.

A hybrid service model at Erfri Granada

Regarding customer service, Erfri is clear that at its Granada point of sale, it will combine technical advice with self-service in a hybrid format.

Although the product layout is similar in most branches, at Erfri, the most visible spaces are reserved for high-volume products , new releases, or promotional solutions.

One of the most notable spaces in the new Granada store will undoubtedly be the Erfri Coffee Corner , designed to encourage interaction between the installers .

As Susana Navarro , the company’s Visual Manager, explains , “It’s a space that is highly valued by customers because many of them come with their computers and place their orders while sipping their cup of coffee.”

Furthermore, Navarro acknowledges that “more and more customers are requesting on-site delivery services , so we have a very powerful fleet of trucks to deliver products to installers.”

An air conditioning campaign with “good results”

Erfri is currently immersed in its air conditioning campaign , the most prominent solution in its portfolio.

The campaign, which was launched earlier this year, “is yielding positive results so far because it started well and sales are holding up ,” the distributor says.

He also emphasizes that ” air source heat pumps and photovoltaics are two increasingly powerful solutions and are increasingly contributing to our overall revenue.”

To avoid delays in product delivery times, the Andalusian distributor is implementing a robust stockpiling strategy , which they aim to “move forward as much as possible.” Furthermore, “it’s essential to have a strong purchasing department and high mobility between all our branches to give us greater room for maneuver,” he concludes.
